Service 01
New Pallet Manufacturing
Purpose-built pallets produced in-house from kiln-dried pine and hardwood, in standard, Euro and fully custom sizes.

Used & Recycled Pallets
Graded second-hand pallets that cut packaging spend without cutting reliability — plus buy-back for the pallets you no longer need.

Service 03
Pallet Repair & Reconditioning
We collect damaged pallets, rebuild them to spec and return them to your dock — keeping wood in circulation and costs down.

- Deck board, stringer and block replacement
- Re-inspection and re-stamping where required
- Turnaround typically within 48–72 hours
Service 04
ISPM-15 Heat Treatment
Export-compliant heat treatment and certified stamping, so your shipments clear customs without a phytosanitary hold.
- Treated to 56°C core for 30 minutes per ISPM-15
- Official HT stamp with registration mark
- Treatment certificates issued per consignment
- Accepted across GCC, EU, UK, US and Asian ports

Share your requirement
Send dimensions, load weight, monthly volume and whether the pallets travel abroad.

Specification & quote
We recommend a build — timber grade, board thickness, entry type — and quote against it, usually the same day.

Production
Your order is cut, assembled and nailed in our yard, with sample approval before a first bulk run.

Inspection & treatment
Every pallet is checked for squareness and fastening. Export orders are heat treated and stamped.

Delivery
Delivered on our own trucks anywhere in the UAE, on a one-off or standing schedule.

What is your minimum order quantity?
For standard sizes we supply from 50 pallets. Custom builds usually start at 100 units so the setup is worth running, though we are happy to discuss smaller trial batches.
How quickly can you deliver?
Standard sizes held in stock ship within 24–48 hours. Custom and heat-treated orders typically take 3–7 working days depending on volume.
Do you deliver outside Dubai and Sharjah?
Yes. We deliver across all seven Emirates with our own fleet, including Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
Are your export pallets ISPM-15 certified?
Yes. Export pallets are heat treated to the ISPM-15 standard, stamped with our registration mark, and supplied with a treatment certificate for the consignment.
Do you buy used pallets?
We do. If you are accumulating surplus or damaged pallets, we will collect them and either buy them outright or offset them against your next order.
