Since 2009 we have cut, nailed, repaired and delivered pallets ourselves — which is why our lead times and our specifications are ones we can actually stand behind.
Our story
Built around one recurring complaint
SA Khan Pallets started because UAE businesses kept running into the same problem: pallets that arrived late, arrived the wrong size, or failed inspection at the port because the heat treatment stamp was missing.
So we built the operation backwards from those three failures. Production and treatment happen in our own yard. Delivery runs on our own trucks. And every order is specified against the load it has to carry, not against whatever is stacked in the corner.
Today we supply logistics operators, food manufacturers, construction suppliers and freight forwarders across all seven Emirates — many of whom have been with us for over a decade.

How we work
Three things we do not compromise on
Say the real lead time
If a job takes five days we say five days. Operations teams plan around our dates, so we do not inflate promises to win an order.
Build for the load, not the invoice
We would rather spec a lighter pallet and keep the account than oversell timber that the job never needed.
Waste nothing
Pallets that come back damaged get repaired. What cannot be repaired is stripped for boards. Offcuts go to chipping, not landfill.

ISPM-15 treatment, stamping and certificates are done in-house, so your consignment leaves with compliant packaging every time.

Contract rates for scheduled weekly and monthly offtake, with recycled options where new stock is not required.
