Pricing
What wooden pallets cost in the UAE
We do not publish a fixed price list, because a pallet price that ignores your size, load and volume is a number you cannot rely on. Here is exactly what moves the figure — and how to get a real one today.
Price drivers
Seven things that change the number
Read these before you compare quotes. Two suppliers can quote wildly different prices for what looks like the same pallet.
- New or used
- The single biggest lever. Graded second-hand stock typically lands 40–60% below the equivalent new pallet, and for internal movement it does the same job.
- Size
- Priced on timber volume, so a 120 × 140 cm pallet costs materially more than a 90 × 90 cm one. Standard sizes are cheaper than bespoke because we run them continuously.
- Load rating
- Thicker deck boards, extra bearers and closer board spacing all add timber. A 2,000 kg export build costs more than a 500 kg internal one of the same footprint.
- Volume and schedule
- Contract rates apply to scheduled weekly or monthly offtake, because we can plan production and hold stock against a forecast rather than reacting to one-off orders.
- ISPM-15 heat treatment
- Adds a per-pallet cost for treatment, stamping and the consignment certificate. Only needed if the pallet leaves the country — we will tell you if it does not.
- Timber grade
- Kiln-dried pine is the default. Hardwood costs more and is specified where the load or the handling environment demands it.
- Delivery
- Included on our own fleet across the Emirates for standing orders. One-off small quantities to remote areas may carry a delivery charge.

Cutting the cost
Three ways clients spend less without downgrading
Buy used where it fits
Pallets that never leave your warehouse rarely need to be new. Grade A stock runs 40–50% below new and handles identically.
Used pallet gradesCommit to a schedule
A standing weekly or monthly order gets contract rates, because we can plan production instead of reacting to one-off calls.
Do not over-spec
Plenty of buyers pay for a 2,000 kg build to carry 600 kg, or for heat treatment on pallets that never leave the country. Tell us the real load and we will size it honestly.
Plastic pricing
Plastic is priced on a different basis
Timber is quoted on volume of wood. Plastic is quoted on the moulding, so size matters far less than grade — a nestable export pallet and a rackable heavy-duty one can differ by several times for the same footprint.
By emirate
What changes depending on where you are
Delivery distance, the sizes that move locally and whether the load is heading for a port all feed the number. Each emirate page says what applies there.
FAQ
Pricing questions we get asked
How much does a wooden pallet cost in the UAE?
It depends on size, load rating, new or used, volume and whether ISPM-15 treatment is needed. Rather than publish a figure that will not apply to your job, we quote against your actual specification — usually the same working day.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pallet rates?
Yes. Scheduled weekly or monthly offtake gets contract pricing, because we can plan production and hold stock against your forecast instead of reacting to one-off orders.
What is the cheapest pallet option?
Graded used stock in a standard size, without heat treatment, delivered on a standing schedule. For pallets that never leave your own warehouse that combination is almost always the lowest total cost.
Is delivery included in the price?
For standing orders across the Emirates, yes — we deliver on our own fleet. One-off small quantities to remote locations may carry a delivery charge, which we state in the quote rather than adding later.
